GuestBridge provides co-hosting and short-term rental operations services, including listing optimization, channel management, guest communication, revenue and pricing, housekeeping coordination, and owner reporting. The website describes these services for information only and is not an offer or a binding quote.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to use this site and to engage our services. You are responsible for ensuring your property and its rental comply with applicable laws, permits, taxes, and homeowner or building rules.

Any revenue projection, occupancy figure, or estimate we provide before an engagement is an informed projection based on the inputs available, not a guarantee of results. Actual performance depends on factors outside our control, including market demand, seasonality, and your property.

If we work together, a separate written agreement will govern the services, management fee, payment terms, and each party’s responsibilities. In the event of any conflict, that agreement controls over these website terms.

• Provide accurate information about your property and bookings.
• Hold the licenses, permits, and insurance required for short-term rental in your market.
• Comply with the terms of any booking channel you list on.
• Maintain the property in a safe, habitable condition.

We operate on booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo. Those platforms are independent of GuestBridge and have their own terms and policies, which you are responsible for following. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of any third-party platform.

The GuestBridge name, logo, website content, and design are owned by GuestBridge and may not be copied or used without permission. Brand names and logos of third parties shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the platforms and tools we work with.

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GuestBridge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
